kids are cute

Joshua just finished and apple and brought the apple core to show me. He said "look mom it's an apple corn." Little kids are so cute as they learn. Even after telling him it was an apple core he still wanted to call it an apple corn.

I know that most of my postings are of Heidi but she just does the cutest things. Yesterday she was making herself a snack. I tried to tell her that her combination of food might not taste so good but Heidi is and probably always will be very determined to do things her way.
Her snack: one whole wheat English muffin, some pepperoni slices, cheddar cheese and peanut butter.

She assured me she would eat it and it would be OK. she made it though about half of it before stopping. She just does funny things. I also never heard her say she didn't like it. Maybe one day she will be a great chef.
